Hey everyone, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to making banners. I want to request a simple banner for my Tulane Basketball site. Heres all I want:

Colors: White banner with green border

Yes I am aware of the Banner Request thread, but its my belief that its dead. I hate to ask but I want just something real simple. Thanks
