Rate Layout?

Ignore the font color, I just didn't feel like changing it yet. As far as the basic layout, what do you think? Also should I use this one or the one ASM made?

Edit: Looks pretty good but its kinda hard to tell when there isnt much font in it. I also dont like all the spacing

How does it look now Bstn? I fixed the spacing and font color. Keep in mine all that black space want be on the right when I put my stories there, and the recent news under it. Im also going to add a bg to the left side tables so all that black want be there.
