Which Menu?

I need some help on deciding which one is better.

Menu #1

I also have a question about HTML if someone could help. The drop down menu on menu #2 is not working quite like i want it to. Whenever you move the mouse over each menu option (Stats Central, Past Seasons, Extras), the option disappears and the drop down menu covers up the main menu. If you understand what I'm talking about (probably not) could you please help out.

It might just be because i use IE, but the drop-down looks fine.

Dropdown..you can add more depth to the site like that.
