I make anything and yes I'm a Gator fan. ------- Well Silverblazer I couldn't really find a good Houston background around the size of 543x100 and I suck at making my own backgrounds. So I just made this for you. If you can find a background I'll make you another one.  |

If you dont make your own background, its basically ripping a sig.

You read a tutorial where they tell you how to use a method of making a background that they used to make thiers. Yeah, yeah if you wanna come back with a "well I'm the one who's actually doing the work" or "well it's not thier exact background it's just the same settings and tools they use" whatever. The point is that you just read someone's tutorial of how to make a sig/graffic and stole thier style, so your "basically ripping a sig" too. If they patented thier work and then actually had the drive to sue you, they could, but they wouldn't. But I digress. My point is that your just putting forth more effort in "ripping a sig", like Sony ripping the Immersion controller. |

Unless your making it for a profit, which I'm 99.8% sure no one here is, than nothings going to happen. If you're 'stealing a style' and can get sued, than you can pretty much get f'ed up the a for using a player in a banner or signature. |

Wow you take things a little too seriously. That was just an example I gave to prove a point. That's why I said "I digress, my point is". To point out that I was rambling on and on a little bit and got off topic a bit. I know it's a long post but try to read the whole thing.

And so? Even if you wandered the point, you still made those statements. If 'ripping someones work' by following a tutorial (which is basically school, so are you ripping peoples lives from learning off them?) Don't say something, and then "Well, I uh, I said I digress so I win lol1111!"

If I can learn to make my own backgrounds in Fireworks, then you for damn sure can learn using photoshop. I have used photoshop and the possibilities are endless, stop being lazy and learn something. Im not a big fan of the backgrounds you use. It actually doesn't blend in well at all. All im saying is if you learn to make your own backgrounds, then sig making becomes so much easier.

You did a good job making those buildings behind McNabb. I don't think you understand what were talking about. Were aren't talking about taking backgrounds, like city backdrops, and adding effects over them. We're actually talking about making backgrounds from sctrach. So don't call me lazy when you're going around "ripping", as longhorn likes to call it, sigs just like me. |
