could someone help me out big time by making a banner for my Miami Hurricanes site that looks like this?

i just want it in Miami colors and i want it to have the BCS Championship logo on there instead of the Sugar Bowl logo, and it will say "2010 National Champions" and the score was "#1 Miami Hurricanes 20" and "#2 West Virginia Mountaineers 13"

anyone that could do this will be greatly appreciated
