Brett Favre/Giants Trade Help

Packers Get (Me)-
SS Shaun Williams
WR Amani Toomer
QB Kurt Warner

Giants Get-
QB Brett Favre

I wanted some help with Darren Sharper, since my pass-D sucks ass, but I don't want Favre to leave, so I want to hear what you guys say, plus if I aquired Toomer, I could possibly release some WR to have some cap space.

I voted no just because it wouldn't ever happen. The day Green Bay trades Brett Favre is the day the city of Green Bay storms the Packers' front office with torches and pitch forks.
That being said, if you feel it will help your GB franchise team, go for it.

Although getting Toomer would definately boost Green Bay's average-at-best receiving, it's not worth giving up Favre over. If you were getting a younger QB than Warner, then I might pull the trigger..but Warner is just about as old as Brett, so you're not doing yourself any favors.

Plus Warner is injury prone, and works terribly under pressure.

In comparison, Favre is like the ten million dollar man (physically and financially).
