Well when you have 600 accounts, might as well take advantage I guess. Go ahead and give him 1s if it really pisses you off.

no i like irock. i was just saying it is cheap. But i gave him a 9 and after a while it is going up to 10, so i don't care if he gave himself a 10. More power to him and i bet we are going to see a lot of people creating basic accounts and rating themselves.

It's still pretty low. Stephen should disallow accounts registered from one IP Address to rate others from that CPU. Athough people could get around it easily by using other people's computers, it would hopefully stop others from doing what Irock did.
