I'm a strong believer that you make your players. If you know the game well enough, the plays, and what is designed to do what.... you can make most anything work. He's throwing 50%, so stop throwing passes that have less that a 50% chance to catch them. He's got 6ints? Either up his rating, down the CPU CB's slider, or get smarter.
I'll tell you know, Maddox will do nothing better, unfortunaly video games dont factor in maturity.

I would keep Big Ben as your starter. Like the above poster stated, pick better plays to run and look for good routes. If non are available, use hot route to send a guy to less coverage.

Those stats aren't too bad. 47.126436781609193% is good, so work on the shorter passes, and if you want to go long, make sure the guy is open. If you're being rushed a lot, then you may have to give up recievers for blockers, and use the short passes more. And it always helps to get the running game going early. If you can get it started early, the defense will always be on their heels.
Sorry I rambled on there, but unless his accuracy deflates, keep him in and let him grow to be a star that he is capable of being.

Wow, just under. Stick with Ben, and play smarter, play power football, the {ittsburgh way. You have two solid backs in Betts and Staley, theyll get you wins and theyll open up the passing game if your running well.

Benching him would be totally unrealistic. He is 4-0 in your dynasty. By the looks of it you just throw deep passes cuz you don't have that many completions but you got a lot of yards. Why would you bench someone that is 4-0? Anyone ever tell you that the most important stat is the "W"?

Ok, ok i see that i should keep him in. I will. He starts, and for all of you who accused me of throwing only deep passes thats totally untrue. Ive thrown maybe 5 passes that went over 20 yards in the air. Most of my passes are about 7-10 yards, but alot of the time my recievers drop the ball.
Anyways, I didnt consider the fact that were 4-0.

Plus you have Randle El.
