With all the talk about how I needed something unique for my dynasty, I came up with an idea.
I figured every so often I could do a little biographical writeup about a certain player - maybe a big one, maybe a lesser known one. Write their history, their performance in this season, their own comments, my opinion of them, etc.
I could have a link right on the home page with the picture of each instalment's subject.
Would this be a cool idea or has it been done to death? I want to make sure.

As long as it sounds unique and isn't just rattling off stats and awards (you can probably tell i'm against that stuff) it woudl be great. You can throw in some creativity too, stuff that isn't necesarilly true. Like you can throw in some made up stuff about their childhood or somethign about their house and family, or a list of favorites just to spice it up and keep it interesting.

Sort of "in season x, player y had a billion sacks", then I go on for a paragraph about his thoughts about that season. So it's relevant but not dominated by stats. However, it doesn't seem like this is the fresh new idea I was looking for. Darn... must think of something original... Maybe I could make a nice charts and graphs section of certain relevant stats and the like... that might be neat-looking. |

What I like to do is write side-articles for my Bengals dynasty. This is something I have always enjoyed. So my way of being original has been to write stories about ideas that came into my head.
