need madden difficulty level help

Ok well im doing my Bengals dynasty and in the first game i crush the Jets 33-7 now that is not right. When i played against the Jets my level was all pro. Then out of dynasty mode i turned it on All madden and played bengals vs dolphins and in the 1st quarter was losing 21-0 minor had already gotten like 150 yards on me. And no receivers were getting open for my team. Any help on diffcuty level like making it in challenging but not so challengin i get mt ass kicked every game.

Ok, here they are, I also posted my Atlanta Falcons franchise results so you can see the realism I'm getting from them. I got these from the operation sports board by the way. However, I left special team and penalty sliders at default levels.

How have your results been on punt returns with those sliders? I can't seem to find a way to get consistant punt returns..all of mine are either fair catches or only 5 yard returns. :/

i was thinking that maybe make the other team kick the ball further that way youd have even more room to run then youd get tackled, their punt avg would be long but the net punt would be about right

I've tried that and have had varying levels of success..my return average had gone up from about 5 yards to 10..still not very good. My problem is that my return team doesn't block the gunners, no matter how far the other team kicks it. I've tried tuning down the punting accuracy in an attempt to get the computer to kick away from it's coverage. Hell, I've even tried cranking up both of the blocking sliders..lol.

I almost always get at least ten yard returns on punts. The play I call is return middle, at least I think that's what it is called.

These are some great sliders so far. I went into the half leading with Green Bay against Minnesota 14-7. I actually had a big play through the air. So I will post stats when Im done.

Try calling a block or a block zone. Normally, it will leave lots of room, because the gunners have to stay back, and if you call a block zone, your blockers will be back. Another way to DRAMATICALLY improve your punt return average is to call whatever play you want to call, then, rather than leaving all of your guys but the punt returner at the line, send the guyyou control back with him. he lays the first block and it the result is usually better returns. It has worked for me. Maybe it can help all of you.

i just beat the Falcons with the Bucs 24-3, which was actually closer than the real life game, i'll try another game, but if i blow them out, i may just need to up it to All-Madden, which is waaaaay too hard for me to begin with

i destroy the other team on All-Pro with nearly all sliders turned all the way up for the comp, but i get my butt handed to me on All-Madden with sliders helping me out

it's ridiculous

i may end up going back to those sliders or something
