I don't know how you guys do dynasties, but I play every game and run every aspect of mine. I am currently on the 5th game of my second season. My awards and achievements are as follows thus far (played on All-Madden):

Achievements: 2004 Colts first team ever to go 19-0 in NFL history.
2004 Colts win Super Bowl XXXIX.
2005 Colts break consecutive games won streak, streak currently stands at 23.

Colts trade Raheem Brock and Rob Morris to Eagles for Charles Woodson and Eagles' 06 2nd round pick in August 2005.

That's why I play every game and control every aspect. Your team tends to be a LOT better when you win every game. It's a LOT slower, but you end up with a much better team.

haha wow really. j/k you probably meant to say play every game but i just had to point that out Actually both are true. Also, I've found using practice mode in franchise mode quite frequently, it keeps all ratings up for all players.

I think you have "rookie" and "All-Madden" confused.

No, it's on All-Madden. That's the only level I play on.
