OK, my Madden freezes on the loadup screen, and I'm guessing it's a scratch or something or other. I'd like to play Madden, and I heard somewhere that EB Games will fix disc issues for you. Can someone tell me if this is true and...do I just bring the disc in and ask them to fix it, or what?

Just rent it at blockbuster switch the games then take it back to blockbuster and say this one does not work and I want my money back. Its that easy..
