Important Draft Crap

The Draft will not be continued today Tuesday April 5th due to confusion. Here is the process that will be followed for the rest of the Draft that'll resume tomarow Wedensday April 6th.

We will have a 5 minute pick time. You will be given an estimated time to be there, and you will need to be there or after 5 minutes, a player is chosen for you from your "Draft List Outline" that everyone will need to post in the self titled thread.

With us having to pick 24 total Players to start with, do the math and that's 24x32=768. We've picked the first 32 so really we have 736 players left to choose. Below you can see my time listed through thursday I can give up, and yet I still only have 46 hours to give(I know, seems like alot). In 46 hours, having a 5 minute draft time, we'd only get through 12 an hour which would end up having us draft 552 by next thursday. If someone could help me do the draft in the time I cant be there, we can hit the 736 mark in hour 64 of the draft haha. So look below at the days that I have and the days we could have for the draft if I had help. No matter what, the draft will last untill next Thursday unless we simed the damn thing.

Those are going to be the draft times. Im guessing what he is saying is that you should be looking for your picks around that time, during that time know what picks you have and get ready. You will have 5 minutes to choose during your pick. Sounds pretty simple to me, if im correct.

No matter what we do, I absolutly need everyones Draft List re-done for me and posted in the "Drat Lise Outline" thread so it's orderly.

Also, speak up if this draft is too much haha. Cause it's getting there. If you j/ want to sim the draft, say sumthing so I know.

I know this sounds silly to suggest this now after all the time and effort put in but why can’t we not just randomly let the game draft our teams. Then after that our teams get posted and we can all just trade around players until we are happy with our teams.

It would be so much easier and quicker. That’s what the fantasy football league I was in this year done and it worked fine. Just make a rule that everyone has to trade at least five players and it will work.

If you are worried about the time involved...Have five full rounds and then sim the rest, so every one will be able to draft 5 that they really want and then trade if there are other needs that they want to fill. What about that?

Just want it to be known I'm willing to help any time I can, after 5 that is. I just can't get to a computer until then (I'm assuming we use eastern time here). So just ask me to do something if you need help.

Heres the Final Plan...

We will have 5 more rounds, sio you can have 5 of your players you want. Then, I expect to have every teams want list, and I will pick the players for you by your list. That should work perfectly, j/ time consuming for me.

EVERYBODY go to the Draft List and give me your information(Edit it if you change it in the first five rounds)

The Draft will start around 2 I hope and each team has 5 minutes to choose a team. Hopefuly we get to like 3.

eastern time? cause if it is then I will miss the entire draft tommorow cause I wont get home till 4 Mtn (6 east) I think that is pretty unfair cause then I wont neccesarrily get someonme I want. I really dont like the draft lists cause who know what will be available when I pick. What if I say I want Sean Taylor, but when I pick Roy Willaims is still there obviously I want Williams but how ill you know that. And dont sya to put "Best Available" cause what if the best is a 82 ovr? I just dodnt. I also think that we should have more than just 5 more rounds.

Austin, i can take the draft from 6 to like 8, i'm pretty sure, but after that i can't

so that way we can let cooljay at least get to pick some time, and we may be able to get a good bit of the way through round 3

Thank You for offering, but Bama said he'd already help with w/e..

All he's going to be doing, if he still wants to, is copying the Round 2 and 3 list I have and put it in a post sumwhere in the thread, and keep track of the picks, and make sure that after 5 minutes, a players picked for them(out of their Draft List).
