It may borderline on obsessive, but I am already in early planning stages for a Madden 2006 dynasty that will knock your socks off (yeah, right....). First order of business? Get a team to plan around. I'll throw three names out now...
Detroit - Storylines abound...Williams Squared and Rogers at wideout and the Harrington Controversy, plus they're the hometown team. Minnesota - Suddenly they have the defense. Will this be the year they topple the Packers? Arizona - Will anyone ever get this team to victory?
If anyone else has team nominations, throw them out here. There are certain teams I will not do under any circumstances. Anyways, nominate away...

Packers, if you plan to do over 2 years. With Favre probably retiring this year, Aaron Rodgers will need to fill a great man's shoes in a suddenly very competitive NFC North. Can the Pack Attack handle the pressure?

Can the Pack Attack handle the pressure? I almost put them on my list for that exact reason...I plan on rolling for a while so the Packers are definitly in the mix. Plus, green is one of my favorite colors.

Also the Bears, just because every other NFC North team is on the list

I think a challenging team could be the Bears cause who knows about there QB, How will Jones take being secodn to Benson, how will the D fare this year, can Urlacher return to greatness, will Mike Brown return to his old self. The storylines are endless.

you can preety much pick any NFL team and they have tons of leads. even LSU North does (Pats).

Any team you pick now you are going to be sick of before you even get the game.

I'm planning on going NFC this year, since once the release of Madden 06 comes around it will be time to call it quits on the dynasty I love most. I'm thinking of Detroit, Arizona, Green Bay, and a couple of others.

I am going to continue with the Pats until the summer. Once that reaches, I will have a 2 month break from DC because I am going to Spain. When I return I think I will stay in the NFL section. Has anyone ever done a good Tennessee dynasty?

I'm still leaning toward Detroit...I want a team that isn't really a contender yet and also got a name player or two in the draft.

Im going with an NFL sty this year. I was originally planning on doing one with my Jets but it seems like I never finish any season that i try to do on DC, so im gonna do a Jets one just not on DC. Anyway, for my dynasty here I'm thinking Texans, Cheifs, Vikings, Jaguars, or Chargers.

I am at a stand still between Chicago, Jacksonville, and San Diego. However, the selection of Kyle Orton by the Bears dramaticly increases the chance of possibly deciding on them.

I'm doing a Baltimore one on Madden 05 just now and by the time thats finished it will be the release of Madden 06 in which I will convert to that with all the new roster moves in it and still be Baltimore with all my season stats from the season before.
I think I am the only person that thinks that idea is cool but still, ;D

I love how nasty the Lions' receivers will be with those three guys, but it kind of annoys me that their stats won't be as pimp as they could be because they have to share.
