No it doesn't. He isn't taking credit for the layout. Everyone on this site knows that Freak made the basis of the layout. ASM changed it. It says so on the bottom of the layout. It doesn't matter what the topic is titled.
Also, perhaps he meant "my layout," as the layout he was using. Making it his layout. And, in the first person, the possesive pronoun is my.

The banner looks kind of weird with Derrick Johnson in a Texas uniform but i guess you cant find one of him in a KC uniform.
