Don't people that were cut to make cap space allowed to come back? Or am I missing something here...

Yeah...something like a 48 hour period or something that teams can claim people back if they haven't agreed to contracts with other teams. La'Roi Glover, for example, was cut by Dallas and has already agreed to a contract with the Rams from what I've heard.

I made a mistake, after watching a little bit of Paul Tagliabue's press conference, i found out the cap was 102 million this year, and 109 million next year. As most of you know, the proposal was on a 30-2 count, and the two owners who voted against the proposal were the Bengals and Bills Owners.

I'm glad that the deal was finally made just because I want a salary cap, if it didn't have it football would be ruined.
