You know, not having a first round pick is actually kinda nice, cause now I cant get all mad like DB for my team picking a bust or something. This isn't just a one-year thing. He's had to deal with that kind of mind-boggling strategy for the last few years.

Man, I was reading the Houston newspapers and basically EVERYBODY was ripping that Williams pick. It's been a day and I'm still not over it. And I won't be until the Texans get another #1 pick....NEXT YEAR.

Plummer blows. I think Cutler plays this season if "The Fake" falters mid-season.

Javon Walker's not going anywhere this weekend. Guaranteed. Nobody wants him, and rightly so.

Denver just set itself up BEAUTIFULLY because they're snagging Chad Jackson with the 15, they've got to. Rod Smith just ain't going to be around forever, you know.

Well so much for the 15 cause the Rams got it. I think they go defense and pick up Broderick Bunkley, either him or Jackson.

I have a feeling Ngata/Bunkley will go 12/13 and the Eagles end up snagging Chad Jackson. I wouldn't mind.

Looks like the Ravens paid attention to Ray Lewis.

If Bunkley is taken by Cleveland, I'd like to move down.

DB, would you be as mad about the Sims pick if Leinart was off the board? He's still considered the second best LB in the draft by many, even though he did have problems with concussions in college. The concussions were mainly because the guy's an animal that flies all over the place..if Marinelli can teach the guy to tone it down a couple notches, he should be a very good player for the Lions.
Think Millen was scared of Leinart because the last time he took a weak-armed QB from the Pac-10 it turned out badly?
Edit: OG Brand C, the Texans had a better chance of getting the #1 pick next year if they took Bush and didn't improve their defense drastically. Williams will improve your Texans' defense that was absolutely horrible last year. The Texans won't be the #1 pick next year, since they won't even be the worst team in their own division.

If anyone has a way to console me right now, I'd appreciate it. It feels like Matt Millen just gave away a Super Bowl within the next 15 years.
