Sell - I don't like Alex Smith as a QB because of his reaction time and slow movement when the ball is in his hand. I think L. Johnson of the KC Chiefs has a better change of gaining 2000 yards on the ground.
Buy or Sell: Will Arizon be a threat this year with veteran QB Kurt Warner, RB E. James, WR Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin? Or will they have a winning season and WIN the NFC West title?

Buy that they will have a winning season, but Sell that they win the NFC West. They have made some key moves, but Seattle will be too tough to beat.
Buy or Sell - Bills will regret picking Donte Whitner as their first round pick.

Buy- Although I am a loyal buckeye fan, and I think that Whitner will achieve greatness, this wasn't as big of a need as a good defensive tackle was.
Buy or Sell- D'Brick having best rookie season of the Top 5 draft picks.

Sell. I think he will have a good season, but I put my money on AJ Hawk to have the best. He is playing alongside a great linebacker. The sad part is not a lot of people realize this. Nick Barnett is turning into a monster. He will definetly help AJ plays.
Buy or sell: The Eagles producing more sacks than last season (29) with the additions of Brodrick Bunkley, Darren Howard, and new defensive line coach Pete Jenkins, formely of LSU.

I'll buy because 29 is incredibly low, and especially if they can stay healthy and Jim Johnson still blitzes like crazy, I'd expect around 10 more out of them.
Buy or Sell: Marc Bulger starts 16 games for the first time in his career...

Sell, he'll find a way to get hurt.
Buy or Sell the Giants making it to the NFC Championship Game

Sell. They will have a tough time to find the playoffs because of the division. I think Dallas will take the division, and Washington will finish second. So now the Giants are looking at the 2nd wild card spot. Not to mention the two games they have against Philadelphia which can really mess things up.
Buy or sell: The loss of John Welbourn hurting Larry Johnson's rushing yards.

Sell. Welbourn was a great asset to the O-line and to Larry Johnson, but i still think that LJ can do great things. The Chiefs are not built around one offensive lineman.
Buy or Sell: Michael Vick will bring the Falcons back to the playoffs under Atlanta's new offense.

Sell: As much as I think Vick has a lot of talent, I don't think his vision is as good as lets say a Manning or Brady when it comes to throwing and he isn't always consistent with his arm. He can be a big play maker at times but he won't do as well as he did in college. Sorry to any Vick fans that feel differently Buy or Sell: Reggie Bush will be the biggest disappointment this season coming from the draft (if you don't think he will be, then who will from the top 10).

Buy: Reggie Bush has not even played a single NFL game and everyone thinks he is great. While at USC he didn't really play anybody at all. Sure he played Texas, Oklahoma, and UCLA. But after them thats all. I'm not jumping on the Reggie Bush wagon just yet.
Buy Or Sell: Tampa Bay can make it to the playoffs under starting quarterback Chris Simms.

Buy: I think they can pull this off. They can win their division. Atlanta and New Orleans are a joke. Also, I really don't think Carolina can take them down.
Buy or sell: LT winning the rushing title.

Sell. This is a tough call for me, cuz i really like LT, but i think Larry Johnson can pull off the rushing title. Call me a bandwagoner, but i'm totally buying into the hype of this guy, cuz you rarely see a player have just one good year and then be crappy all the other years. I mean look at Drew Brees, he had one good year and then the next season had a very similar season, just not as great, but still good. So, LJ will win it, i believe
Buy or Sell: The AFC North is the toughest division in all of the NFL. If not, what division is?

Sell. The NFC East. I know I sound like a bit of a homer but when you think about it, it is. Dallas added Terrell Owens. That is going to be very dangerous. Not to mention the promise that is in New York. The Redskins defense will carry them once again. Every team got better as well. Also, throw the Eagles into the mix, and it will be interesting. They added to both of their lines which is the key to winning in Philadelphia. The AFC North is good, but I just don't forsee it to be as good as the NFC East.
Buy or sell: Billy Volek leading the Titans to a winning record.

Sell: That Titans team is pretty much a mess and they dont have much in the way of offense.
Buy or Sell: Vince Young seeing the field significantly this year.

I sell that. I think that Jeff Fisher wants to wait and see how Billy Volek turns out. He at least deserves a shot. I also think that they sit him for a year to learn. Look what it did to Carson Palmer. Yeah he had a bad year in '04, but look at '05. 32 TD's, 12 INT's.
Buy or sell: Brandon Lloyd being unhappy about his job in Washington and leaving next season.

Sell: I think Young will play if Billy Boy doesn't screw it up for the Titans. Just like Alex Smith and the 49ers, Young will see the field if they are losing badly or if some of the veteran QB's can't perform on the field. Young will not see a SIGNIFICANT amount of playing time but some to please the crowd.
Buy or Sell: Detroit has a chance at winning their division (NFC North)!!!

They are still a few pieces away from catching up the Vikings and Bears.
Buy or Sell: The Saints will post an 8-8 or better record this season.

Sell. Atlanta, Carolina, and Tampa Bay will all be around the 7-10 range, while New Orleans will be back with 5 or possibly 6.
Buy or Sell: Denver losing a home game first before the Seahawks

I sell that. I think Seattle has a lot of pressure on them. I know Denver has pressure to get to the Super Bowl, but I think a lot of the Seahawks have the whole 'losing the Super Bowl and not get back' thing in their head.
Buy or sell: Al Harris actually going through with holding out so he gets a new contract.
