Rules:
1. Keep it football related. 2. Try and give a sentence or two explaining your reasoning. 3. Make a new question to keep it going 4. Have fun!
I'll start:

Buy because if they don't make it as a player, I'd expect at least one of them to coach. And plus, Eli has another 10-12 strong years, and you should never count the Colts out as a contender.
Buy or Sell NFC East as the toughest division in the league

Sell. I think the NFC South is probably the toughest. Even though the Saints are pretty horrible, the other 3 teams have usually duked it out for 1st place the past few seasons, and will probably be that way for 2 or 3 years longer. Until Bush takes over.
Buy or Sell Alex Smith throws more TDs then Interceptions next season.

Sell. They may have got got vernon davis in this years draft, but they lost brandon lloyd, who was a TD threat. Smith probably needs a few more years under center, like manning and other great Qbs needed until he become a good passer.
Buy or Sell Falcons boucing back to make the playoffs this year.

Buy. Pretty much the same offense is returning, and the additions of Abraham and Milloy on defense shall help the defense out a lot. Then they picked up Jimmy Williams in the draft - whether he'll start or not - who should be solid opposite of DeAngelo once hes ready to step up and start.
Buy or Sell the Bears making the playoffs (with that same crappy O)

Buy...defense wins championships. And who the hell is going to beat them in the NFC North?
Buy or sell Matt Leinart winning offensive rookie of the year.

Sell. Leinart wont be starting right away, while Bush will probably be in the backfield with Deuce at the same time from day 1. So I will give it to Bush because he'll have more time to showcase his stuff.
Buy or Sell the Steelers repeating?

Obvious sell. New England, the Colts, and Denver (to name a few) still pose threats in the AFC alone, and it's so hard to repeat in the NFL. There's bound to be a big injury...
Buy or Sell the Madden curse effecting Shaun Alexander

Buy. I'm sure we'll find a way to undermine his upcoming season and blame it on the Madden Cover Curse. Even still, there's really no proper way to follow up a 28 score season. He'll run for 1,500 and 15, which is still a great season.
Buy or Sell Terrell Owens helping the Cowboys to the playoffs this season.

Sell! Are you freaking kidding me! Reggie Bush, Vernon Davis, Matt Leinart, half the 1st round offensive rookies are better.
Buy or sell Mario Williams looking like the better pick in 5 years.

sell, if you mean by better pick over bush, or anyone for that case, its definately a sell. this draft had too much talent, for us to think that a d-line will come out as the best pick, when bush, young, leinart, all should have solid careers, for up and coming teams. Texans will ptobably be putting up 5-6-7 win season for the next 5 years, pending a big change, or surprise.
Buy or Sell Marcus Vick having a career in the nfl.

Buy. I think he'll be the 3rd option for 5 or 6 different teams over the course of his career. Probably never start though, just 3rd on the depth chart.
Buy or Sell AJ Hawk winning the DROY?

Sell. Playing in the South, I just dont think they will have made enough improvements in two years to compete in that division. Bush will be great no doubt, its the other 21 positions that will get them. (Ok, not 21, cause they do have a few quality guys, but you get the jist)
Buy or Sell Larry Johnson leads the NFL in rushing this year?

I am going to sell Larry Johnson leading the league. First off, he lost his full back. I know most of you don't think it matters but I really think it does. Also, I don't know how much he will get out of the offensive line. I am not saying he won't have a big year. I just think LT will have a monster season.
Buy or Sell Terrell Owens and the Dallas Cowboys relationship being good over the length of his contract?

I buy year one, but the question was "over the length of his contract" so I'm going to sell this one. He ruined Philly's lockerroom chemistry following his one year success. It takes a year of Mr. Hyde before he unleashes Dr. Jekyll.
Buy or Sell the Lions regretting scrapping Joey Harrington....
