It was a nasty hit. His leg planted in the ground and his knee flew the opposite way. You knew it was bad when he started crying almost.

Yeah I don't understand people saying he was crying. I have seen Jevon Kearse cry, he was no there. (NFC Championship Game '04 when Timmy the blind and ill child sang the National Anthem)

Damn guys that sucks for your team...he's certainly a big player on the defensive side of the ball. What I don't understand is...he kept getting hurt and not a little hurt but pretty good hurt..why the hell did he keep coming back in? If I'm not mistaken that was his first play back after coming out for a couple plays for an injury or something..the second or third time he had come limping or whatever off the field.

He was cramping up. He does that quite often. He just doesn't get that I.V. like Osi did.

When you tear your ACL, MCL, and PCL, doesn't that mean your career is over?

Ask Daunte Culpepper. It does hurt him a lot. I really haven't read up on what exactly happened with the strains. Also, I have heard that his ACL is not nearly as bad as once let on. That is a plus. I think he will be able to make the comeback because of the way the Eagles will be set up. They will always have depth along that defensive line. Our guys don't play nearly as many downs as most other defensive linemen do.

wow, speaking of PCL, I was playing my Madden franchise and Shaun Alexander tore his PCL and it's career ending... I know it's just a video game, but I guess that's a bit more evidence that it COULD end his career.
I hope he comes back, since he's one of the greatest pure athletes on the defensive line in the game...

Well I know it could end his career but medical technology is much better than it was a few years ago. I think he will be fine. It will also be an easy out for the Eagles to get out of the huge contract they signed him for. It doesn't help Jevon that Trent Cole is turning into a great defensive end, and Darren Howard is a better overall player along the line. I know the team loves Darren Howard because he brings back memories of Brandon Whiting, who could play all over the defensive line.
