I tip my hats to the Saints. The Eagles defense played horrid. No excuses there. I do feel McNabb still played great. I wish AR would have kept the ball on the ground when McNabb threw that interception.
One comment I do have about the game is how about those refs? I honestly don't know if they had an idea on how to make calls. For example, when Darren Howard was offsides, the play is suppose to go on for the Saints. The refs blew it dead right away. Those refs were sad.
Also, I have come to notice that Reggie Bush is not nearly as effective running the ball as I thought he was. Catching the ball he can really take advantage of the match ups he gets, but he just could not get it going against a weak Eagles run defense.
And DB is uber smart.

Bush doesn't have the power to try and run it up the middle. If I remember him right in college, he got most of his yards getting the corner and running it outside. That's just not working for him right now, due to facing much, much better NFL defenses. He's certainly been good to have though, because teams have to focus on him and he is really an effective receiver. Then you have Deuce to get the tough yards for the Aints.
The Eagles are probably the best team New Orleans has played, so I'm very glad to get rby them.

yeah, I must say... we were simply outplayed. Eagles offense looked great if you ask me. If we were completely healthy it would have been even better  But the defense looked pathetic... i was sooooooooo pissed at Michael Lewis and the rushin defense in general... GAH... |

Trotter was having an off game that is for sure. He sets the tone on defense.
As for Michael Lewis, he is not making a good case for himself on getting resigned. You can quote me on the fact that Sean Considine is going to get a huge look this off-season to be our starting strong safety next season.
And, props to McNabb on the good block he set for Reggie on the reverse touchdown run he had.

As far as the sig DB. I have a Saints one that I made in class but they have photobucket blocked at our school so I have to bring in a floppy to save it, so my Saints sig will be up soon enough.
