After Bledsoe's constant struggles, the Cowboys (my cowboys!) have named Tony Romo the starter against the Panthers on Sunday. I think this is a good move because Romo can get the ball of quicker than Bledsoe but both arent protected by the O-Line. I was watching ESPN and they mentioned Bledsoe was not the future for New England and Buffalo. Now he's in the same situation in Big D.
I think it is safe to say my Cowboys playoff aspirtations have been flushed down the drain yet again and now Parcells may have a reason to retire despite getting an extension before the season. I can only hope we draft a QB in the first round like Chris Leak or Troy Smith. Romo is not the future!

If you don't have an offensive line, you could throw Joe Montana in there and he'd struggle.

If you don't have an offensive line, you could throw Joe Montana in there and he'd struggle. So very true. Why do you think Donovan McNabb has had so much success? He has been behind that great offensive line that is only going to get better once Tra *William* Thomas and Jon Runyan leave.

Everyone hates on Bledsoe, and while he does make some bad decisions, he's still solid with an O-Line behind him. He's got a cannon for an arm, so if you can just SIGN SOME GUYS WHO CAN BLOCK, he can take his time back there like Tom Brady does and just pick teams apart.
Put him on teams with no line, like the Bills in his last two years, and yeah, he'll suck, but most pocket passers would.

Chiefs fans know how that is. Willie Roaf retires, and poof, our O-line sucks.
Although it looks like the Pokes need more than just one lineman, however.

My second favorite team is the Cowboys and I think that this move is a good one. It will free put the secondary in my opinion and allow Romo to make some big plays.
For the future, I think the Cowboys should just lose the rest of their games, (like the Texans (my favorite team)) and then pick up either Troy Smith or Brady Quinn in the draft. Then, you play him all the time and pray he develops into a NFL superstar. I just don't see Bledsoe or Romo getting the job done in 2-3 years, if even this year.
EDIT - Oh, and don't pass on a perfect player for a defensive guy. Uhmm....Mario...Uhmm.

I think you should give Romo a chance before drafting a QB in the first or second round.
