For those not it Gary's league, I need your help.
I have Tom Brady, who came up HUGE for me last night with 36 points, and Drew Brees as my quarterbacks. I dont know who to start though. Brady playes against Indianapolis and Brees against Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay is my defense, so I was leaning towards Brady, but I'm not sure.
There are some good FA quartebacks in Steve McNair and Mark Brunell, so what should I do?
I'm thinking Brady...

Brady, Indy's D is still suspect....Denver had that dominant D, but their offense was struggling, and they still lit Indy up. New England loves to pass, and even if the Pats lose to the Colts, Brady should still have some good numbers.
Brees is certainly a good option, too, though.

Do you start.... Brady vs Indy, or Grossman vs Miami?

Grossman at home, easy answer. Wow...overrating him now. He's not going to out perform Brady I don't care how great you think your offense is and how bad the Dolphins defense is. Two weeks, Bears @ Giants...it's about time the Bears play a real team.

Look at his home stats for god's sake, that's what I'm reffering to.
11 TD's, 0 INT's, 955 yards, 124.0 QB rating.
But I guess your continued smear campaign against the best team in the NFC has blinded you from that. And that's not me trash talking, that a general consensus among the NFL, ESPN, SI, FOX, any sane person. But hey ignorance is bliss.
Yeah I can't wait wither, so they can finally shut your foolish mouth up, but we should let the teams do the talking, shouldn't we?

And that's not me trash talking, that a general consensus among the NFL, ESPN, SI, FOX, any sane person. But hey ignorance is bliss. Yea because they seem to forget to look at who they've played. The Cardinals, Packers, Lions, Minnesota, Buffalo, San Fran, and a horribly weak Seahawk team. If you didn't beat all 7 of those teams you might as well shoot yourself in the ass. Green Bay is 3-4 beating the Lions, Miami, and Arizona..not that impressive. Detoit's 1-7. Minnesota's 4-3 who lost to Buffalo and nearly lost to the Detroit Lions...a team you only beat because some moron decided to fumble the ball with little time left on the clock. The 'Hawks are 4-3, Buffalo is 2-5 (of whom just gave the Lions their first win two weeks ago), and San Fran is 2-5. So yea I think it's fair for me to refuse to believe in a team that has played well..the easiest schedule for any 2005 playoff team. At least Indy's beaten some real competition to get to 7-0, try beating them..HA! No chance when you got lucky vs. Minnesota and ARIZONA. Yea this is my continued smear..because I'm sick of hearing about your amazing offense when you're playing the worst defenses in the league and after seeing you give up 111 yards on 12 carries to Frank Gore...there's no question in my mind what Tiki and Brandon Jacobs can do to that amazing defense of yours.

1. He asked who he should start, I said Rex Grossman at home, and gave a good reason why, never mentioned anything about how aweomse our offense was, you're the one who did, stats don't lie big boy.
2. Yes I agree the schedule has been easy, but they are NFL teams for a reason, yeah would SHOULD have lost in Minnesota and Arizona, but guess what, we found a way to win, the only way to give a team a game is sprint backwards into your own endzone and hand them the ball, the Bears found ways to win, no one gave them anything, and you would see that if you took time to watch both of those games.
3. Indy has beaten real competition, ok I give that to you except, wait, the Titans?! That same 2-5 that was winning untill the Colts found a way to win? Oh lets not forget finding a way to win over the Jets, who are far from a complete team. So lets see Indy beat the Bears! HA! No chance when they get lucky against the Jets and TITANS.
4. Not denying Frank Gore ran for 111, but you're failing to give credit to him, he is a very good Halfback, but besides that, I hope you realize that 74 of his 111 yards came in the fourth quarter alone, when 3/4th of the starting defense was already resting on the bench, Gore gained just 37 yards on 10 carries to that point.
5. If you were a Bears fan, this offense would be awesome to you. (See 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005) offense's that played thier share of crappy teams and consistantly finished at the bottom of the league in offense, not that a true football fan as yourself wouldn't realize that. 12th in the league doesn't look so bad after 30th, 31st, and 32nd place seasons. So when a Bears fan says awesome offense, it doesn't mean better than yours, it means WE HAVE AN OFFENSE?!?!

Peyton Manning has more talent than any person playing on the Chicago Bears. Advantage: Colts
