Madden 07 Rosters

Well I have a couple questions about this. First with the ps2 it's easy to download rosters because they are updated when you go to play online, but for the 360 how do you get the updated rosters. and secondly is there a way to turn off pre-exisiting injuries for when you start franchise mode? I went to 'off' on the option for that, but whenever i start a dynasty I still can't use players that are on IR.

Have you tried Operation Sports? They usually post updated rosters there.

If you have Xbox Live though...there should be a way to get them. I dunno what it is though.
