Definitely in the Chiefs' favor on this one.
If Hall becomes what he was in '03, then it's a fairly even deal. But right now, getting an extra pick and moving up in the third round is a plus.

Ginn could still go to St. Louis... at least Ginn can play on offense, and with Bruce old and slow and Curtis gone, they need some speed at wideout still. Hall's 29 now, so he's not going to be wheeling for another 10 years...
They probably still won't take him, but it wouldn't be stupid if they decided to draft Ginn anyways...

Hall was out of his element in KC, having to pull double duty as a slot receiver and a return man. Bad, bad combo. He's at his best when there is solid WR depth, and he can just focus on returns, something he hasn't done well the past few years, and really don't expect him to get much better at it again, especially at 29.
