Look at it this way, DB. You guys could take Johnson, then trade your second pick and possibly another pick, along with one or two of the plethora of the recievers you have, and trade for another 1st rounder, probably to the Titans or a team in the mid to late teens and nab Paul Pozluzny. Hell no. If we trade down out of the top 10, I'll be even more pissed. Pozlusny isn't our type of player. If we can get Patrick Willis or a QB, I'll be thrilled. I can't believe it has been a year since DB's famous Ernie Sims rant. Don't worry. You may get something similar.

Allright I thought I'd spark a discussion.
Who do you guys think that the biggest suprises and disappointments are from the past few drafts?
For me, the biggest suprise is Maurice Drew-Jones. I thought he'd be way too short, stocky, etc. to be a good scoring back in the NFL. He has a great amount of speed and versatility, and I think if he were to go to New York, he'd be a great back in that system. He reminds me of a very short Tiki Barber.
Biggest disappointment? That guy the Dolphins drafted out of Iowa a few years back in the 3rd or 4th round... He's like a linebacker. You don't hear about him anymore -- he was good in college, but now he's unknown. Might be why I don't remember his name.
Anyway, discuss.

He was a LB in college for just one year before he shifted to the D-Line.

Oakland has Calvin Johnson #1 on their draft board....but it doesn't look like they'll pick him. Great logic, Al.

Good pick by the Raiders.
I'm thinking the Lions and Skins are going to trade. Don't ask me why, I just think Johnson would be a sexy pick for the Redskins.

The Lions bring a little tear to my eye today.
Let's just hope they trade his ass away.
