Anybody else having a problem with this? I'm playing on PS3, I'm in Week 6 Year 3 of my franchise and it keeps freezing when I try to sim to Week 7. It also freezes when I try to practice my players sometimes.
This bites. I was all gassed up after I update my website today to play and now I can't. Another thing I noticed was that the free agents are disappearing. Domanick Davis was there and this time around, he's not on the list, but he sin't signed either.

My game use to freeze but now it doesnt.....but it probably was my XBOX 360 system and how it was messed up.
I sold the 360 and now use my roomate's. Also, the Free Agent thing is a glitch and has been reported by many. I heard there was a patch coming out but I have yet to see it.

It can't be my PS3, it's not even a year old.I did some research on the net and I see that tons of people are having this problem. I'm not sure if mine isn't simming week to week because of this FA pool or what. There was a patch that came out last month, but it didn't make the problem better, and there has been no info since. It just says simulating and it'll be on the screen forever. But I checked the pool and there are no QBs.
This sucks elephant balls. Like seriously. You think EA just shipped new games with everything fixed on them? But that would mean that I'd have to start my chise over.

EA is slacking.....everyone knows that. They can do so much more with their games but they dont.

Blaze, slacking is one thing, but this is ridiculous. How do you not know that the free agent pool is running out?

EA needs to make more players available in the draft. They've had this problem in past Madden games, but it's become a big issue in this year's game. There are always a bunch of seniors in every version of NCAA that deserve to be drafted that never show up in the draft boards in every Madden I've played.
What's happening is players that aren't drafted are dropped after a year or two of not being signed to a contract, which dwindles the FA pool. Sometimes it takes 3-5 seasons, depending on the rate at which the players "disappear". Adding a practice squad option or just making more players available through the draft would easily fix the problem. Adding both would be the ideal solution. I've heard of a patch coming out too, but it's all hearsay until then.

This whomps. How do you reun a franchise in only three to five years? They need to come up with something quick. This game has been out for months.....
