Piping in noise is a definite rule violation and gives the Colts a big advantage. I heard it on TV and thought it was just a bug with the CBS microphones. What surprises me is that this wasn't mentioned AT ALL right after the game and no one at the game noticed anything until it was brought up that there was a CD skip sound on the TV broadcast.

It was just a CBS broadcasting error anyway. Bunch of hullabaloo about nothing.
