the pats opened as 27 point favs over the jets a record amount. the line has dropped to 24 though. Even as a die-hard pats fan there is no way I would take the Pats +27 points there. that is pretty much throwing your money away

I would be all over the Jets at -27. It's the NFL, there is just too much parody to justify a 27 point favorite, even if it is the New England Patriots. Who knows, the Pats probably win by 50, but I still don't want to touch that bet.

They were -24 when the played the Eagles. The Jets aren't that good but +27 sure does seem tempting, doesn't it?

I predicting a 34 point line if the pats win and a 48 point line if they lose. They would not lose 2 in a row especially to the phins

It also proves that no football game from pee-wee's to the NFL is a sure win. Them going 16-0 means NOTHING. It will however mean something if they can do it in the playoffs and the Super Bowl if they make it there. They are staying humble while the fans are running there mouth making the rest of the country hate their guts. |
