About an hour until kickoff.
The Saints are -3 for the 1st half and -0.5 for the 1st quarter.
The Saints are -4.5 and the total is 42. I was leaning to the Saints and Over but then saw a stat that the home dog is 7-1 this year on Monday nights. But, I do like the Saints -0.5 for the 1st quarter.
This is a must win game for the Saints for the playoffs. Thats another plus and a reason to bet them.
What do you guys think.

I don't know man. We tend to struggle against the Falcons, plus Bush is out this game along with Josh Bullocks. Although the first quarter bet sounds good because tend to get the ball first in games. Over sounds like a safe bet also...
EDIT: Also, Clayton what site do you use?

Backstop, I bet through a bookie from the track. Im up $600.00 and he won't come by my barn tomorrow which is pay day...I will have to go to his. But if I were losing he would be there before I even got there.
I went ahead and played N.O -4.5 and over 42 for $100.00 a piece.

Sorry to sound like a n00b but when you say over 42 what do you mean?

The total score needs to go over 42 points. So like N.O 30 and ATL 21. I would win the bet because the total score would go over 42.

Well with the Saints going up 24-7, your -4.5 is looking really, really good. Also, that makes it 31 points total so far, so looks like you may be up $800. Congrats on a good weekend man.
I used to bet on bodog. Been thinking about joining it again. Any thoughts for or against that guys?

You're asking US where to go with YOUR money? Personally, I say you should just give me all your money instead of wasting it on betting, but that's just me.

Know I was looking for some good gambling websites. I remeber something about how online gambling was going to be outlawed or something like that, but I guess it didn't pass.
Im simply just looking for a good online sports betting website.

It's actually very simple when I used to use it. You tell them how much you want to take from your bank account and put into your account on bodogg. Then when you get tired of betting or you want to cash in a certain amount they put how much you want back in your account.

When I did some betting online it was for March Madness. I used sportsbook.com...it was a pretty good site but it will be a little hard to navagate if your not used to all the numbers and stuff.

the new site is bodoglife.com for those interested.
I liked sportsbook.com because of the poker room. There's nothing like having some fish who just hit a 6 team parlay sit down at your table with some of his winnings.

Sportsbook does have some nifty features as well. They have slots, cards, and a virtual horse racing game where you can bet on the horses. I think the slots and virtual racing are fixed, though.
