well the Falcons are about to trade DeAngelo Hall to the Raiders for a 2nd round pick....interesting but good move for Oakland unless Hall runs his mouth too much down there.

A good secondary just got better. A good secondary really doesn't mean much if you don't have a great defensive line, which they don't have. I think they have a good line....Warren Sapp wasnt so effective but Derrick Burgess is still beastin. Their D, overall, has played well but they need an offense. |

Burgess is great, but until they get a space-eater at DT, Hall really isn't going to make much of a difference. Sapp can't command double teams anymore, and as for Tommy Kelly, I don't know what the hell Al Davis is smoking, but then again, it IS Al Davis. Without an effective push in the middle, it limits your pass rush, which in turn limits your secondary because you're likely blitzing due to not being able to rush the front four only.

Their defense has already been pretty good, their offense is garbage though and JaMarcus isn't going to make them any better than they were last year nor will Javon Walker in my opinion. They need a legit receiver who isn't a crybaby about getting the ball or injury prone and they need a running back who can play well, running back. |

Signing Kelly to that big deal virtually eliminated any chance of them drafting a DT. In the first round, anyways. And this isn't a deep draft for that position. They're better off drafting McFadden or taking Jake Long if he's there. They can sign or draft skill position players until they're blue in the face, but they won't get any better on offense until they overhaul their offensive line. |

so Dallas is interested in trading a 4th round pick for Pacman Jones.....I'd love to have Pacman even with his troubles. He's an upgrade over Jaques Reeves and Nate Jones. Get a deal done Jerry  |

Nobody should trade for Pacman. The teams need to boycott him. Keeping this guy around, paying him tons of money, is only going to hurt him as a human being.
