It's nice. I don't like the background music, and the banner is too big...though.

No I haven't. The base for the layout, font, side stats bar etc. was Irck's. Bomber prolly made a few tweaks to it, maybe you could just put "Layout by Ircknewskool - Edited by bomber101"
