Heat Dynasty

Alright, I'm pretty much done setting up my dynasty and am about to play some games soon. So can you give me some feedback on it so i it can improve it.

Also if you have any ideas of a realistic trade i can make to get rid of Anderson, Dooling, or Person maybe for a SF but don't gotta be cause i got to many SG's.
