Just a quick question about understanding the ratings scouts give draft prospects. If a prospect gets a C in a category, does that mean his skill will be in the 70 range? If it doesn't, is it higher or lower? Thanks.

i think its more likely in the low 60s mid 60s. B is high 60s low 70s. B+ is mid 70s high 70s. A is low 80s mid 80s and A+ is higher than that.
