Ha. I don't know what possible use we'd have for Al Harrington, he's definitely starting quality. I'd keep Darko. The man's never played, for God's sake.

probably Harrington. Flip isn't into the whole defense, and Harrington is a scorer. SO I think that Tayshaun will be a 6th man if that went through.

I think the Atlanta Hawks have again prooved why they are the worst team in professional sports. There is no way an owner, general manager, and coach tri could be as ignorant a the hawks continue to be lol.
Someone needs to buy the team, restructure the team, move the team, and start over.

Darko must be ecstatic that his name is even associated with another team.

^ lol. But really, Darko isn't that bad of a player. In my eyes. I mean, the S-O-B hasn't even got a collective 2 hours of play time, let alone scored more than 50 points collectively. He hasn't even played more than 40 games because Larry Brown was ignorant and didnt want to try new things. I say give Darko to a big man challenged team, such as the Hawks, Hornets, or even the Clippers and see how he does. Or send him to the NBDL. That's my outtake.

You can't send him to the NBDL. He'll be a third year player, which exceeds the limitation of the current CBA.
And to disprove your point about Darko, he's played 413 minutes in the NBA with 115 points over 71 games.

Yep definatley screwed up that one.
But on a lighter note, 1.8 ppg is NOT worthy of Al Harrington, along with like 2.0 rpg or somethin like that.
The ideal trade would be Al Harrington and 2 others for Tayshaun Prince and Darko. I don't think Flip wants Tayshaun cuz Flip wants instant offense. It's ridiculous, albeit retarded, but Tayshaun just wouldn't do well anywhere else but Detroit.

Pistons love Prince, everyone in Detroit loves him including Dumars. Nobody will unseat him, not even Al Harrington.

If Flip trades Prince a mob will show up outside the Palace with chainsaws demanding Flip Saunders. DB will be in that parade as well

Somehow I missed this. Anyway, I'm glad that Darko gets a better chance and a clean slate with another team, and hopefully he can have at least a little success.

Ah, this trade didn't happen. And I would be in the chainsaw mob. I'd demand Dumars though, he made the trade dummy.

yep but Flip would tell Dumars to retrieve offense. So ultimatly Flip would be behind the wheel under Dumars supervision.

Ugh. You don't know the Pistons FO at all. Dumars is totally in charge, and Dumars wouldn't sacrifice a player like Prince to make Saunders happy, and I think Flip understands that. It all comes down to Dumars, not Flip. Dumars is behind the wheel 100%.

yeah I agree, but if it happens it'll be because Flip conviced Joe that Al is better for the team or a better fit. Dumars wont buy it seeing as how he LOVES Prince. But Dumars made the offer not the HAwks.

JOE CANNOT BE CONVINCED! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU! FLIP ISN'T GONNA CONVINCE HIM OF ANYTHING, JOE GETS THE FINAL SAY!

Is that why Dumars offered Prince for Harrington?
