I'd rather see Indiana get him.

Actually, Miami has about as many minutes to offer Finley as Detroit does, if not less. The Heat have James Posey and Antoine Walker and if they added Finley, they'd have 3 guys fighting for one starting spot. That leaves two guys on the bench and the minutes might not be as much for Finley. I mean, you got Carlos Arroyo and that's about it in Detroit (Carlos Delfino is iffy) so Finley would definitely get starters minutes in Detroit.

Walker's a PF, who will get the starting job in front of Haslem. That leaves Posey and Fin. And honestly who would start Posey of Fin?

Walker's a cancer. With Shaq and Wade, I don't expect him to be able to settle for being the third option. And anyway, I don't think minutes will be a huge factor. If I had the option of playing alongside Shaq in a place like Miami, I would take it. No doubt. (Unless, of course, the Pacers offered me a nice little package. Couldn't pass that up.)

Phoenix is under the cap, hence they don't have an MLE. They have a bi-annual exception instead.
EDIT: Suns just signed Brian Grant to a two year deal, so I'm assuming it's the BAE.

According to Finley's agent tonight, Phoenix, Miami and SA are the only teams left. Phoenix met with him today in Chicago and he'll meet with SA later this week (already met with Miami of course). Decision supposed to be early next week. (from both WOAI and KSAT)
