just go to nba.com, click transactions. Roster cutoffs are August 4th for Live and August 22 for 2K6, if you wanna update manually.
If not, try psxrosters.com

i have live 06 roster for xbox on PSXsports.com i did them for DT after the final cuts are made they willl be complete, But there is an update up fot Xbox
