I was thinking about getting Live tommorow but i kinda wanted to know what i was getting myself into. I havent read anything about it and was wondering if it was good enough to drop my money on.

I have both, and I can honestly say that 2K6 is better than Live. Live 06 is basically the same as Live 05, except for the Freestyle Superstars feature. If you liked the gameplay of Live last year, then go for it. If not, then 2K6 is the wya to go.
Bottom line:
2K6 = Straight Sim
Live = More arcadey
Live's still a good game, but that gameplay just doesn't float my boat.

i like live but EA is being too slow to release roster updates and crap. The graphics are much improved and the free style superstar control is great(especially when you play as a power player).
