Got some info just a little while ago from an insider on the Sixers' RealGM board. He's saying that Sammy's "sore quad" is going to keep him out until MID-DECEMBER. Huh?
I have no problem with the guy being hurt, but take a look at this:
So basically, he's being paid $60 million to have a poor work ethic and an equally bad attitude. I've stated from the get-go that that is simply way too much for an unproven 24-year old center with little-to-no basketball IQ. His shot-blocking is offset by 3-4 goaltends a game, so in my opinion, he's borderline worthless out on the basketball court.
Of course, that is after seeing Steven Hunter, who deserves that starting spot so much more than Daly. I'm really impressed with his offense, which before now was considered nonexistent.
I say trade him to the Hawks and get someone like Josh Smith (hell, Al Harrington or Josh Childress).

I doubt the Hawks would trade Smith. But Harrington might work, since the Hawks have no center.
But this could also be a good time to chat with Portland, like you were telling me earlier. If you could land Ratliff and Miles (or Patterson), I'd consider it a good deal.

Yea he's doing a lot better than Dalembert on offense, but Hunter's been gettin a lot of minutes (around 35 a game) so I think thats why in my opinion but hes still doing great. I think they're pretty much equal, but I would rate Dalembert a lil higher caus of his rebounding.

Hunter actually has a better basketball mentality than Dalembert. From what I can tell, he makes about a quarter of the stupid mistakes that Sam does.

Yup I think ur right about the IQ, but Dalembert's athletic abilities and potential is more off the charts than Hunter. I would start either one on my team, though.

That's because your team is New Orleans, and you're completely lost at the center position... there are guys I'd rather have, but I wouldn't mind starting these guys if I had a great power forward that isn't offensivly challenged...

He still is all-star material, he just hasn't shown the heart and skill level yet.
And jamison, you own nobody. The Thirteenth Amendment, which was passed in 1865, prevents one person from owning another person or persons.

I call you out, Jamison. I called you mom out. We ate Chinese. Then we saw Saw II, and then we went home and giggity-giggity-gooed. Then, I got on the computer in your moms room. And next thing you know, you'll be reading this message and I'll be in your shower.
