I need a good starting SG that has some 3pt talent. The free agents available are Sprewell and Van Exel. What do you guys think? Should I sign Spree or Exel or sign and trade them for a younger SG (BTW I dont care about realism, I have already traded for Quinten Richardson and Steve Nash)

Just move Q-Rich over to the shooting guard spot.

true but then I have to start slow-*** Joey Graham, who can't do anything but dunk in that game.

Redd, Kareem Rush, Eddie Jones, or Ben Gordon.

Well if you don't care about realism: Kobe Bryant, Michael Redd, Ben Gordon, Ray Allen, Richard Hamilton...

actually I traded Gary Payton (73) and Corliss Williamson (69) for Richard Hamilton. The reason I got them is cause Billups went out for the season in the first game and they have only 1 SF since Prince was signed away in the offseason. So, both Payton and Williamson had full interest bars.
