Oh no, DB needs help again.

I really like the black behind the text, but I cannot find a nice color to go with it on the sidebar for the life of me. Anyone have any suggestions/color codes for me to consider, or will it always be ugly as hell and there's no way you can fix it and I hate you and your dynasties?

First off, you've go tto stick to one color for the site. There's too many different instances of the teal. My suggestion, would be to tilt the layout toward dark blue. I think if you used that alternate color, along with the black, it's be real nice.
