The explanation is inside. A couple of these are questionable (I don't care if they were 0-8, without the 2 PGs and McGrady JVG should be higher then Mike Woodson; Doc Rivers seems way to high, especially with that pretty easy schedule so far, etc.), but it's cool to see how fans really appreciate their coaches. As expected, the top coaches are on top, the worst at the bottom. Just thought I'd post it...
