Looks like he continues with the bad moves, eh?

Wally Szczerbiak isn't that bad of a player, so they should be getting some talent out of this trade.

He's overpaid and he's no better than Davis, if not a little worse.

It basically boils down to Szczerbiak and cap space down the road for Davis, Banks, Blount, Reed, and two second round picks. Dwayne Jones will probably be waived in the coming days and Olowokandi won't get a new contract.
Pierce is probably the next one out. Can't see him wanting any part of this situation.

So the Wolves replace the guy who couldn't feed his family on $10 million with the guy who once shot at his own basket in an attempt to get a triple double? Great way to fill a hole...they were missing a nutcase for the first half of this season.

So the Wolves replace the guy who couldn't feed his family on $10 million with the guy who once shot at his own basket in an attempt to get a triple double? Great way to fill a hole...they were missing a nutcase for the first half of this season. Ricky has totally reformed and has been nothing but a stand up player and citizen while in Boston. I wish him nothing but the best. He is a totally different player than the one in Cleveland. He still makes some bone-headed plays, but they are all in the same direction. Blount for Olowakandi is a wash. Blount is scoring and turnovers. Kandi Man is a better rebounder (not too hard) and cap space. Banks wasn't in the C's plans, as he wasn't extended. Reed stinks and can't do anything. No clue who Jones is, so that is a wash. First round pick is nice. Wally is a nice player, although he gels his hair. He is a good shooter. He should compliment Pierce's inside game nicely. However, the passing will now run through Delonte's hands more. This trade is kind of a wash. Both teams got what they wanted in my opinion.

With a nights sleep on it, the deal doesn't look that bad for the C's if you dont look at Wallys salary. It all depends on who they get with that first round, seeing the draft succues the C's have had, they'll probably get gold with that pick.

Am I the only one who thinks Wally is better than he gets credit for? He is silently having a good season.
