It;s a dunk-off between Nate Robinson and Andre Iguodala.
If you're not watching, TURN IT ON NOW.

Iggy got robbed, that's all I'm saying.
Plus, they had two dunks in this contest to add to the all time list. The Iggy behind the backboard and the Nate Robinson over Spud Webb.

Andre Iguodala was the better dunker...it probably should have gone to a second dunk-off, but his last 2 weren't original enough (in my eyes)...though still very difficult. And I wanted Iggy to win, but I was expecting more out of him.

Biggest dunk contest sham ever. After 14 attempts, the judges should have given Nate a 40 ... tops. There was no surprise element in what he was doing. That's part of the execution.
Iggy was robbed. Yes, I'm biased. And yes, that was a travesty.
Should've ended in a tie if anything.

I thought the Dunk-off was a good one and Nate was good but did you see Andre Iguodala's kiss off the back of the backboard to a dunk... amazing... and I thought it wouldn't have been a good dunk contest this year.
Also did anyone else get kind of weird-ed out by Josh Smith's little white tape mark thing for his first dunk? It was a disappointment to see that the tape was a waste...does anyone know why he did that?

Yeah, Josh Smith choked. How are you gonna pysche the fans up with a huge dunk with a marker and then not even attempt it?

I am gald Nate won- it's a feel good s tory for the NBA and can brink some credibility to the lowly Knicks. I think Iggy pulled out his tricks too early(like the behind the back board dunk) but Robinson was simply electrifying- especially with the Sopudd Webb dunk.

It's starting to piss me off that people accuse the judges of giving Nate Robinson the win because he's 5-9. Yeah, right. He was better when it counted. Iguodala was good, but not good enough in the dunk-off.
Stop complaining.

Jamison's actually right. Take it like a man and admit your guy lost in a very good contest.
What if Iguodala had gotten that after 14 tries and won? What would you be saying then?

I'd laugh at him for missing 13 times.

If Nate should've been docked points for missing dunks, then Iggy shouldn't have gotten 50 for his backboard jam, since he didn't make it the first time, and that's part of the execution. Doesn't make much sense, does it? Just let the Knick guy win...it's the only thing the Knicks will win all year.

If you recorded the broadcast, listen to what the ref says to Iggy 2:10 in (the beginning of the dunk-off)...
"One dunk, make or miss. One dunk."
If that's true, Nate should have been disqualified before Iggy even attempted his final dunk.
