David Noel for the Bucks. They said they were looking for a solid swingman off the bench, so I guess they got him. They had a solid swingman in Dez Mason before they went and gave him and their first round pick away for Jamaal "5 points 5 rebounds" Magloire.
The Bucks were also supposed to unveil their new unis tonight...I've got to find me some of those pictures.

I cant believe my favorite college player, Taqaun Dean, didnt get drafted. He's an offensive guy liek JJ Redick so I am expecting him to make a squad and come off the bench!

Ernie Grunfeld drafted terribly this year. The Wiz decided to go with two foriegners who are described as a Keith Van Horn. I would have rather dealt our #18 to Milwaukee for Magloire.

There's not much of a place in the NBA for Ray, which is unfortuante. His shot is real nice, when it's going anyways. He's too small, turned the ball over too much for a guy that didn't even bring the ball up the floor, and his defense is nothing solid. I want to see him do well, but I don't see it happening...
And I thought Dials was staying for his senior year...

Wiz fans are figuring out what Buck fans know very well -- Ernie Grunfeld is a horrible <stephen a.>HORRIBLE</stephen a.> GM. Absolutely atrocious. Sam Cassell to the T'Wolves for Joe Smith? Ray Allen to Seattle for 3 months of Gary Payton and Dez Mason? The Bucks were one mid-range jumpshot away from the NBA Finals (losing the Philly in a Game 7), and the guy goes and blows everything up. He's also tanked plenty of drafts for the Bucks...guys like Marcus Haislip and Joel Pryzbilla were made lottery picks. I'm pretty sure he was behind the "Dirk Nowitzki for Robert Traylor" trade, too.

I've loved Ernie Grunfeld's management of the Wiz so far this year. This, I believe, is his first screw up in D.C. Letting Hughes go was fine, since he was asking for huge money. So he acquired Caron Butler and Antonio Daniels. I think Grunfeld will either make a splash in the FA market or try and wheel and deal for Magloire or another big man.

Delayed reaction after I find my tape I set didn't come out. &^*(&(%*. Impressions:
-Portland had a great draft, but they didn't need to trade up for Aldridge and they should have kept Foye. -Quite a few teams in the teens and early 20s are gonna regret passing on Marcus Williams. -Love the Sixers trading down for Rodney Carney. I think he has a serious future in this league. -Don't mind the Pistons taking Blalock 60th overall, but I might have gone with Gansey there.

It wasnt the flashy pick, but I like the Shelden pick. He will be really solid for years to come. Finally something to look forward to.
EDIT: Also F Blalock and Stinson. You left so one of you could be the LAST fricking pick and the other not even drafted. You guys are a bunch of losers, i hope you die!

It's called bad advice....
Blalock will probably land a roster spot with the Pistons, so it's not a total loss for him.

But you're calling an NBA-drafted player and a player that will probably be on a summer league team losers. Right.
