I can't believe I'm saying this, but following the Dallas/Phoenix game online doesn't do it justice. Tell me what's happening!

Phoenix just won, Dirk took the last shot and missed off the front iron.
Nash hit a fallaway three with about 3 ticks remaining to send it to the 1st OT.
Jason Terry missed a 15-footer to send it to the second OT.

It was a great game. I usually don't watch the NBA until around playoff time, but it had an NBA Finals-like atmosphere. Too bad they couldn't meet in the Finals, being from the same conference.

The West is likely going to win the Finals, no matter who they play. It's going to be either Dallas, Phoenix, or SA. The only teams that could give a serious challenge in the East are Detroit and Miami.

Isn't that what everyone said when the Lakers had Kobe, Shaq, Karl Malone, and Gary Payton?

Detroit then is far superior to any team in the East now. Not to mention Dallas, Phoenix, and the Spurs would eat those '04 Lakers alive...
