At least he got his money though Man should've gone to college. He wasn't ready, but I can see why he came out early. He wanted to help out his family.

I had really high hopes for Telfair- especially after watching 'Through The Fire.'
I hope he can ressurect his career because he is still young and may have to play on a team that doesnt have a lot of young players on it like the Celtics. I really would hate to see his career go down the drain.
With that said, I hope David Stern takes a page from NFL commish' Roger godell's book and punish players who get into legal trouble- convicted or not.

This season it is has been hard to be a Celtics fan. Truly has. I hear you. I know that I'm not nearly as big a fan as you, but I'll watch some of almost every one of their games. Telfair has upside, but he was a lot worse than I thought he'd be this year...

He second guessed himself all the time. He would show flashes of why he was a lottery pick and why we traded for him, and then stop penetrating. When he drives, he dishes the ball well and can finish around the hoop, when he settles for 18 foot jumpers, he blows. He almost made me wish we had Marcus Banks (didn't quite get there).
And, of course, ESPN has taken every single opportunity to bash the C's. When the Sox wore green jerseys to honor Red Auerbach, the ESPN write up was pretty much, "The 16 Championship banners hung from the Green Monster. There was no banner for having the second-most losses this season." Seriously, it was totally unnecessary in a baseball recap.
But, pretty much, I was completely wrong about Telfair and I'm glad he's gone. If we could get a veteran to tutor Rajon, I'd be happy.
