Need help with my site.

i have just gotten my dynasty underway, and my dynasty page is coming along, but it is still very bland. i would like to know if you guys have any suggestions on how i can improve it. i was also looking at using html, but i dont know how. if someone could explain how to use it that would be great. i have tried using the explanation on the faqs page but it doesnt seem to work. hes a link to my site if you wish to view it and give me any recommendations. thanks
