I started Owner Mode with the Twins it said I was 2 Million in debt until I bought concessions and started bringingin the dough.

I was thinking of just buying a lot of concessions because I can jack up the prices

Owner Mode can be pretty tricky, but you can make some serious money if you do it right. Buy more seats because more fans in your stadium means more revenue. Put the ticket prices very low, then when you sell 75-80% of the tickets, gradually raise the prices.
Im pretty unsure about what to do with concessions and such, so just experiment.
Its very important that you get rid of your high priced players, since player salaries make up most of your expenses.
After 3 years of a Padres fantasy draft, I have level 3 seating, and I have about 15 Million dollars in hand.
