From what I've heard, ESPN is kind of little-kid friendly. Easier then MVP on all difficulty levels.
MVP, what I have, is great. They fixed all the bugs from 2004 and honestly, there are NO problems with the game, except for horrid announcing).
MLB 2005, from what I've heard, is better then MVP. I can't follow up on this because I haven't even seen gameplay videos.

MVP is pretty much perfect, while ESPN is, well, not as good. MLB 2006 isn't that great. I don't like it. MVP is the way to go.

MVP is great. ESPN I have yet to play, and MLB didn't appeal to me as much as MVP did, and I believe it's the same price, or around that area.

mvp 2005 improved tons over 2004, and i think it was worth the $30.

I heard good things about MLB 2006 over at Gamespot, but remember "Don't Believe everything you hear (read)"
